Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow heads to Samsung's Galaxy S5

It's been eight months since Google released Android Marshmallow, and almost four months since Samsung began upgrading its devices to the newest version of the OS.
Samsung started its international rollout of the update for the Galaxy S5 back in March, and it's since made its way to various markets, including India - but the update has so far only been available there for the model with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
Now, though, Samsung has released Android 6.0.1 for the Exynos-equipped variant of the device in India; it's now rolling out over the air, and is also available through Samsung's PC software.
As ever, bear in mind that these rollouts tend to proceed in phases, so it may take some time before all eligible handsets receive the update.
