LeTV Le 2 VS LeTV Le 2 Pro
Lecco, a rising Chinese smartphones manufacturer formerly known as LeTV is known to provide some of the best smartphones on the planet. Phones such as Leeco Le Max 2, which is on the top of every benchmark giving Xiaomi Mi 5 and Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge a tough time. The company constructs some breathtaking terminals with the least price tag possible. And when their product releases, surely it always surprises us after a long anticipation. Some are the case with the two latest terminals of LeTV known as LeTV Le 2 and LeTV Le 2 Pro. But the question remains that which one is worth of buying? For that, we did a comparison and termed it as LeTV Le 2 VS LeTV Le 2 Pro. Let’s see with one avails in this competition.
LeTV Le 2 – Meet the Standard Version powered with 10 cores, 3 GB RAM, and Metal design
LeTV has always been about premium and affordability, isn’t it? We never find a phone which deprives of the elegant looks, when it comes to LeTV. Talking about LeTV Le 2, the skeleton of the terminal is made up of metal (probably Aluminium) with respect to its predecessor LETV Le 1s or X500 . Starting from the metallic back, there is a multi-purpose fingerprint sensor in the center and above it is the rear camera with more area covered as compared to the sensor along with Dual LED flash provided on the right side. The dimensions of the phone are 151.1 x 74.2 x 7.5 mm which seems to be average for a smartphone. The phone also appears to be floating with a weight of only 153g.
Even the hardware has been upgraded this time from a MediaTeK Helio X10 (Octa-Core) toHelio X20 (Deca-Core) accompanied with 3 GB of massive LPDDR3 RAM to give a surprising Antutu benchmark of 90,000 points. Even with the latest eMMC storage (v5.1) and a storage of 32GB the ROM is also pretty much fast in reading and writing.
We don’t have a Quad-HD screen this time, but a 5.5-inch Full-HD display with a pixel density of 403 ppi. The display even though is not 2K but still is perfect when compared to other Full-HD Chinese phones. The screen uses 2.5 glass and is capable of showing a bezel-less experience but the thin black borders along the edges limit this feature.
Although, no change has been seen in the WiFi connectivity of LeTV L2 Pro / LeTV X620 which still includes WiFi Ac dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) but the Bluetooth version has been increased to v4.2. The revolution tends to go on with the USB Type-C connectivity for both quick charging and CDMA (lossless audio experience). So, due to the availability of USB Type-C, the phone has no 3.5mm audio port and we may have to buy the Type-C headphones or the Bluetooth ones.
A drastic variation can be seen with both of the cameras of LeTV Le 2. The rear camera moves from 13 MP to 16 MP meanwhile, the front shooter exceeds from 5 to 8 MP. Whereas, the battery of the terminal remains the same which by the way is 3000 mAh and non-removable.
LeTV Le 2 Pro – Step up with the latest Helio X25 along with 4 GB RAM and more
There aren’t any differences between the design and appearance of both the terminals except the rear camera of LeTV Le 2 Pro is wider while the standard version’s camera is small and a little bit protrude out. Apart from this, every aspect of these two phones are same even the dimensions.
So we believe that the Pro version is suitable for the users who are more concerned about photography and endless performance despite the budget. And talking about the budget there isn’t that much gap between the price of the terminals, only $40.
Winner in LeTV Le 2 VS LeTV Le 2 Pro competition is LeTV Le 2 Pro
Honorable Mentioning of LeTV Le Max 2 – The Fastest Phone on the Planet
In LeTV Le 2 VS LeTV Le 2 Pro, how can we forget about the best of LeTV which is LeTV Le Max 2 – the world’s fastest phone featuring Snapdragon 820, 4/6 GB of RAM, Quad-HD screen, 4G LTE Cat 12 and a memory of 64GB UFS 2.0. Probably, this high-end terminal is not only far more superior than the above to phones but also to every phone of the world with the top position in every benchmark.
